Growing Dental Practice Relocates

Chambers Dental Excellence (Dr. Randy & Amy Chambers) acquired their new office building of over 6,000 square feet located at 6200 28th Street S.E. in Cascade Township, adjacent to the newly remodeled Huntington Bank branch. They plan a comprehensive improvement to a suite vacated last year by a former daycare. First Companies will be the design / build contractor selected to create a new entry for their dental suite and update the exterior elements and architecture. Patterson Dental will consult and supply the new dental equipment & fixtures. The project is scheduled to be completed in 120 days. Planned move date is May 1st.

Representation
Eric T. Trierweiler of Prime Development successfully negotiated the sale transaction as an agent for Dr. Randy & Amy Chambers. The seller was represented by Sperry Van Ness and Kevin Lipke.
