Kentwood, MI- February 26, 2008 Whiz Wheelz, the maker of the Terra Trike bike and originally a tenant in 3,100 square feet of office and light manufacturing space, will increase their space by 126 percent. Whiz Wheelz has signed a lease for a total of 7,020 square feet of flex space at 4525 Stauffer in Kentwood, Michigan. The tenant was represented by Chip Hurley of Grubb & Ellis and the landlord, Grinwood Real Estate Development, was represented by John Francis,CCIM of Prime Development Company.
