Doctors Invest In Real Estate On the Beltline
 
John Francis, CCIM of Prime Development, assisted two local groups of doctors in the purchase of 1787 Grand Ridge Court. Grand Rapids Family Physicians, PLC and Grand Rapids Hand, PLC, signed two long term leases increasing the building's occupancy to 92%, an increase from 33%. Francis Realty Co. will manage the building and investment for the owners.
