Grand Rapids office market experiences low vacancy in class A office space. The newly constructed Hilltop Building at 4940 Cascade Road in Grand Rapids has achieved 100% occupancy. Global Financial Trust, a division of First Insurance Enterprise, has signed a lease agreement for the remaining 862 square feet of office space. Global Financial Trust specializes in selling cd’s, money market funds and annuities.
