Former D&W grocery store redeveloped.
 
Mark Baker, CCIM announces the purchase of a 100% leased investment property. The property, a 22,500 square foot building on almost 2 acres, was purchased by Baker 91936 LLC as a sale/lease-back from World Mission. World Mission is now a tenant operating a clothing thrift store in one half of the building. The remaining half is leased by Dollar General. The property was formally a D&W grocery store for many years.

Baker stated that this acquisition allows World Mission to use the sale proceeds to further their ministries around the world such as the "Talking Bible" program. It also furthers Baker's strategy at Prime Development to acquire retail properties to build clients, customers, and partners' cash flow and retirement investments.
