Insurance company expands in the City of Grand Rapids.

Burr & Co. Insurance recently leased a 4,157 sq. ft. office at the Atrium Building on 3351 Claystone St. in southeast Grand Rapids.

Burr & Co. has been offering full service insurance products and services in the Grand Rapids area for nearly 30 years. Its principals are Tom Burr and Janna Kelly.

The five-year lease was brokered by Mark Baker, CCIM and Denise Chumas of Prime Development Company who represented Burr & Co. and Dennis Van Dam of Visser Realty as the agent for the landlord at the Atrium Building.
