Dollar General Corporation (NYSE: DG) is the tenant of the 9,100 sq. ft. investment building in Lakeview, Michigan recently sold to investor David Ward of Ohio. The developer and seller of the retail building was Joseph Nawrocki of Nawrocki Lakeview, LLC.

Mark Baker, CCIM of Prime Development Company successfully represented Nawrocki Lakeview, LLC and Rosemarie Ritter of Ritter Realtors in Columbus, Ohio was equally successful in her representation of the buyer. The transaction was initiated at the Ohio Commercial Realtors Exchange Association marketing session attended by both brokers.
