Historic Building Sold
 
John Francis of Prime Development has brokered the sale of the 12,000 square foot Washington Square Medical Building in Grand Rapids.

Doctors Murphy and Burns preserved the building twenty eight years ago by combining two older apartment buildings with a center core.  Many people recognize this building with its distinctive design across Jefferson Ave. from St. Mary’s Hospital. All tenants are to stay in place.
