AJV Ventures, a subsidiary of a local construction company, AJ Veneklasen has purchased a two-acre site on the southeast corner of Wolverine Boulevard and M-44 Belding Road in Plainfield Township.

Construction will begin immediately on a 6,000 square foot medical building of which 4,000 square feet will be occupied by a Chiropractor. The remaining 2,000 square feet is available for lease. The second building, also 6,000 square feet, is available for a build-to-suit tenancy.

This project continues the progress of this important intersection in NE Kent County between Rockford and the Grand River crossing. The two medical buildings planned join Choice One Bank, Appletree Christian Learning Center, Rockford Self- storage and a general office building (also owned by Veneklasen) at this location.
