John Francis, CCIM and Eric Trierweiler of Prime Development Company successfully negotiated the simultaneous sale of two Grand Rapids area churches at 1725 S. Division and 107 Burton St. SE . The sellers were Alternative Directions and Abundant Life Ministries, respectively. Carlos Hernandez of Remax represented a Chicago-based church for the purchase of 107 Burton St. SE. The dual closing was a success for all parties to the transaction.
