Prime Development offers two newly built office buildings for lease on the city’s North East side. One lot remains for construction of third building. Architectural concepts are designed by international designer Mr. Zooey Chu.
This Leonard Street office complex was built for tenants with high design expectations. Daylight flows into these classic brick and cedar buildings through generous windows. Superior design is evident in details such as high ceilings, quality fixtures and wood windows.
The site design was carefully planned for both aesthetics and function with a flowing natural water fountain at the entrance. The three individual, single-story office buildings, beautifully integrated into the existing neighborhood, are built in close proximity to Leonard Street (25 feet from the street). The three buildings are connected to Leonard by an attractive walkway and sidewalks. A number of stately, mature trees have been preserved giving the property a campus-like appeal.
